My first visit to Maria at The Serenity Snug but definitely won't be my last.
I booked in for a Bespoke 90 minute massage, looking for some relief from Fibromyalgia pain. As a larger lady I was a little nervous.
I needn't have been. Maria made me feel so welcomed and relaxed from the moment she opened the door.
The treatment was amazing. 90 minutes of bliss, feeling totally pampered with my mind magically silenced from the daily chatter.
I slept so well that night. My aches and pains feel acknowledged and calmed and my skin feels and smells amazing from beautiful oils.
My next treatment is already booked.

I had a wonderful massage at the Serenity Snug. Facilities were fabulous a lovely, calm, relaxing environment and well thought out. The massage itself was fabulous our aims were to relax whilst helping to improve mobility and I can honestly say we achieved both of the criteria. Marie is the best ,I did not have much range of movement in my neck ,I went again this morning for the 4 time I now have full range of movement the Indian head neck and shoulder massage is just to die for for she does it so well .I would recommend everyone to give it a try .

I had a stress and tension massage my Maria and it was absolutely amazing. From start to finish, I felt so relaxed and completely at ease. The massage was exactly what I needed to release all the tension I’d been carrying, and I left feeling lighter, calmer and refreshed.
